Product Line Manager

About the role

The Product Line Manager will own the seasonal wholesale product line plan, from concept through launch. You will shape product architecture, drive costing, and conduct competitive analysis to ensure the portfolio meets market demand and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear product briefs and assortment frameworks that guide design and development partners.
• Manage the product calendar, ensuring milestones—from design brief to launch—are met on time.
• Partner with Brand and Experiential Marketing to articulate the product "why" for campaigns, social media, and trade shows.
• Set financial targets, oversee seasonal costing, and achieve or exceed margin goals.
• Monitor emerging brands and competitors to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Analyze product line performance using sell‑in, sell‑through, and POS data.
• Support the Director of Product in preparing and delivering sales and customer presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, tech design, product development, sales, marketing) for new product introductions.
• Travel for market trips, trade shows, customer visits, and key development meetings.
• Continuously propose innovative ways of working to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of target end‑users and consumer trends.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience leading teams that create assortment frameworks and consumer‑centered briefs.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and collaborating with sales and marketing.
• Excellent presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
