Head of Commercial

About the role

The Head of Commercial will shape and execute Digicel’s commercial strategy, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage across its consumer portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic planning, revenue generation, and partnership development to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with Digicel’s vision and market opportunities.
• Own the consumer P&L, forecast revenue, and lead initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Design pricing, promotional, and go‑to‑market campaigns to maximize penetration.
• Drive customer experience programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies and services.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts and align them with business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical, finance and other functions to ensure commercial alignment.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report on sales, market share and customer feedback.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications or related digital services.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive a results‑oriented culture.
