Consumer Sales Agent

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Consumer Sales Agent to drive sales of its Digicel+ product portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, upselling and cross‑selling to existing clients, and delivering high‑quality after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of assigned sales targets and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer contact quotas.
• Utilise prescribed CRM tools to capture prospect information, sales appointments, outcomes, and order details.
• Sell a mix of Digicel products and services in line with performance goals.
• Record and report cash deposits and financial transactions as required.
• Provide accurate, honest responses to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Act as an external ambassador for Digicel, upholding professionalism at all times.
• Maintain and account for stock of devices.

Required profile

• Minimum three CXC CSEC subjects, including English and a numerical subject (e.g., Mathematics, Accounts, Physics), or an equivalent qualification.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with internet applications.
• Proven sales experience with a record of success.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment is an asset.
