Consumer Sales Agent

About the role

Digicel is seeking a motivated Consumer Sales Agent to drive sales of its Digicel+ product portfolio. You will engage new customers, upsell and cross‑sell to existing clients, and deliver exceptional after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve 100% of sales targets.
• Maintain full compliance with prescribed CRM tools for accurate business intelligence.
• Make the required number of customer contacts daily, weekly and monthly.
• Sell a mix of Digicel products and services in line with targets.
• Record prospect information, sales appointments, outcomes, orders and applications accurately.
• Handle cash deposits and ensure proper accounting of device stock.
• Provide honest, business‑like responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Act as an external ambassador for Digicel, upholding professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum three CXC CSEC subjects, including English and a numeracy subject (Accounts, Mathematics or Physics) or equivalent qualification.
• Good computer literacy and internet/application knowledge.
• Proven sales experience with a record of success.
• Customer service experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
