About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Casual Waiter/Waitress/Barista and become the friendly face that brightens each guest’s stay. You will provide food and beverage service while delivering the warmth and professionalism that define Hilton hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat attitude and look for opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Prepare coffee, tea and specialty drinks following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn and confidently communicate menu items, specials, and dietary information.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station throughout the shift.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team well‑being.
