Senior Brand Advisor - Activewear

About the role

Gildan, a manufacturer of everyday basic apparel, is looking for a Senior Brand Advisor in its Brand Marketing department, reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager. The role provides analytical and administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager and helps run the day-to-day operations of the Brand Marketing department, including supporting the management of the Gildan Activewear Brand in the Imprintables market across all regions and enforcing the brand DNA for campaigns and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Brand Manager with budget control, including tracking agency hours per project, keeping scopes and deliverables within budget, and ensuring invoices are received on time.
• Act as team lead on all retail projects, working with the Amazon team and the Brand Coordinator to grow the Amazon business according to yearly objectives, and define strategy with Amazon teams and agencies.
• Oversee the Amazon store (all regions), A+ content and the retail website, and manage the campaigns and assets required.
• Offer general guidance to Brand Advisors and Coordinators and act as team lead on projects supported by the Coordinator.
• Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and get them approved by the Manager or Senior Manager.
• Review and analyse reports monthly to check that targets are being met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing environment.

• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workflows, prioritise and multitask.
