Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Bridgetown, identifying new business opportunities and promoting JP Marshall Associates’ IT solutions across the Caribbean. The role involves managing client accounts, supporting the full sales cycle and contributing to market development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and build long‑term relationships.
• Drive new business by promoting and selling IT products and services to new and existing clients.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support throughout the sales cycle, including requirements gathering, proposal development, cost‑benefit analysis and technical presentations.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities, prospecting efforts and territory development to meet business targets.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and present at client and internal meetings.

Required profile

• Basic IT certification and IT sales certification.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven record in a sales executive or similar role, preferably with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
