Relationship Manager Private Banking

About the role

RBC is looking for a Relationship Manager Private Banking to deliver the Black Card Experience to High Net Worth clients. The role covers investment planning, credit, cash management and day-to-day banking, and focuses on bringing new clients to RBC through a strong local network while deepening existing relationships through discovery and advice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and digital enablement, providing everyday banking and credit solutions to High Net Worth and Investment (DS, Collective Investment schemes) clients.
• Act as the primary relationship manager and anchored point of contact, offering dedicated engagement aligned to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with partners to build strong relationships, facilitate client introductions and nurture client relationships by understanding their financial needs.
• Ensure portfolio quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of personal credit experience.
• University degree in business, finance, banking or equivalent; recent demonstrated expertise in banking and credit advice and solutions.
• Experience dealing with High-Net-Worth clients.
• IFIC designation or ability to complete it within 12 months.
• Nice to have: relationship-building experience across all levels of organization and superior organizational skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of RBC retail products, including everyday banking and credit solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to be mobile.
