Product Line Manager

About the role

The Product Line Manager will own the seasonal wholesale product line plan, calendar, product architecture, costing and competitive analysis. This role drives assortment frameworks, consumer‑centered product briefs and collaborates with sales, design and marketing to bring new products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product briefs, frameworks and seasonal calendars from concept to launch.
• Partner with sales to support customer sell‑in and communicate the product “why” for marketing initiatives.
• Ensure financial drivers meet margin requirements and manage seasonal costing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and POS data to guide style retirements and expansions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, tech design, product development, sales and marketing.
• Travel for market trips, trade shows, customer visits and key development meetings.

Required profile

• University degree in Merchandising, Design, Product Development or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product line management.
• Previous managerial experience required.
