About the role

Join Aecon’s Civil East sector as a General Labour team member and contribute to the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects across North America. You will work on‑site supporting construction activities while upholding the company’s Safety Always core value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Follow all site safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and report hazards.
• Support site logistics such as setting up barriers, signage, and temporary structures.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed safety protocols.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality for shift work.
