Customer Experience Representative – Labeling Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our fast‑growing labeling solutions team in Barbados. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enter sales orders, checking specifications such as size, dimensions, quantities, materials, colors, copy placement, packaging, and delivery instructions.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies directly with customers.
• Provide order acknowledgements, estimated completion timelines, and regular status updates.
• Monitor orders to support on‑time delivery, coordinating with production and customers.
• Communicate accurate job information to production departments and maintain daily open‑order reviews.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the point of contact for order status and issues.
• Coordinate pricing communication, handle customer complaints, and initiate credit memos or billing adjustments with Accounting.
• Assist with collection of outstanding balances and perform occasional receptionist duties.

Required profile

• Associate degree or Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five CXC levels, including Mathematics and English A.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar order‑entry or customer service role.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports and correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computerized order management system.
