Commercial & Residential Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial & Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, owners and directors, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while protecting and enhancing property value.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management of assigned properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, directors and service providers.
• Monitor lease agreements, by‑laws and property requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and follow issues through to resolution.
• Conduct weekly property inspections to uphold standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
• Track expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Lead homeowner and board meetings, preparing agendas and reports.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts with vendors.
• Provide clear, timely updates to owners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Solid experience in property management or a closely related field.
• Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting and operational management.
• Calm under pressure, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation and a Police Certificate of Character.
