Seasonal Customer Care Associate – Wine World

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Care Associates to work across various Wine World retail locations from November 2026 to April 2027. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an exceptional, friendly shopping experience for our customers while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
• Maintain clean, organized store appearance and stockroom.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Create attractive product displays and restock shelves.
• Receive inventory deliveries and repack store shelves.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering excellent in‑person customer service.
• Organised, efficient, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to work weekends and special events.
• Flexibility to work at multiple store locations.
• Interest in wines and spirits.
