Reservations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Reservations Specialist to support clients in researching, coordinating, and managing travel reservations. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering professional service throughout the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel options.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, policies, and reservation details.
• Coordinate booking details with travel suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain organized and accurate reservation records and handle changes, updates, and special requests.
• Follow up with clients before and after bookings to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about booking resources and supplier options.
