Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of construction projects, from pre‑contract estimating through to final account.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities, schedules of works, cost plans and estimates.
• Carry out measurement and quantification of construction works.
• Prepare and review interim valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Assess variations, claims and other financial adjustments.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or related cost management role.
• Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction measurement, estimating and cost control.
• Experience with contract administration and valuation of construction works.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quantity surveying software.
