Parts Manager – Vehicle Parts & Inventory

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to lead the vehicle parts and supplies function. You will shape strategic plans, oversee daily inventory operations, and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic and operational plans for vehicle parts and supplies management.
• Direct and control inventory management of vehicle parts.
• Prepare and facilitate the consolidation of parts orders.
• Prepare and analyse monthly reports to determine strategy.
• Develop systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking and controlling all parts and related documentation daily.
• Direct an annual physical inventory and maintain a perpetual inventory bin‑maintenance system.
• Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential issues with inventory management.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Inventory Management or a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Understanding of the automotive industry.
• At least ten years of experience in a Parts Department.
