Inventory Supervisor

About the role

Acado Barbados is seeking a highly numerate, self‑motivated individual to supervise inventory functions and support sales and business objectives through effective physical inventory management. Reporting to the CFO, the Inventory Supervisor will ensure data integrity and drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the integrity of inventory master data and product hierarchy.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate and manage periodic physical inventory counts and warehouse process audits.
• Manage inventory valuation reporting for decision‑making, planning and income determination.
• Produce monthly operational reports and key performance indicators.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures and efficient systems.
• Develop improvements to performance assessment and reporting systems.
• Assist in producing detailed business performance and accounts information.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar inventory or finance role.
• High commercial awareness with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving capability and deadline‑driven time management.
