Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

About the role

Join a leading Caribbean aviation support provider as a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems. You will ensure the reliability of ground service equipment, facilities and operational assets across a diverse fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and refrigeration equipment according to schedule.
• Conduct daily inspections, record equipment conditions and maintain accurate logs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical and electro‑mechanical failures for facilities, fleet and operation equipment.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis for major equipment breakdowns.
• Assist with installation, relocation and commissioning of new or existing plant equipment.
• Document routine and emergency work, submit reports promptly, and track costs and equipment history.
• Maintain tools and workspaces, recommend parts and supplies, and suggest actions to improve equipment efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to follow HSSE policies and maintain high safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and reliability.
