Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

About the role

The Corporate Social Responsibility Officer will support the planning, coordination and delivery of CSR, community investment and employee volunteer initiatives that align with Sagicor’s strategic priorities. The role enhances visibility of these programmes through stakeholder engagement, digital content and impact storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual CSR, community investment and volunteerism programmes, managing schedules, logistics, suppliers and participant engagement.
• Maintain governance records, track budgets, timelines, outputs and impact metrics, and prepare status updates, presentations and impact stories for management.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal teams, external partners, beneficiaries and volunteers, drafting briefs, profiles and communications to raise CSR visibility.
• Represent Sagicor at community events, support flagship CSR programmes and ensure compliance with charities legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CSR, community programmes, project coordination or stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, community development, philanthropy and relevant charities legislation.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation abilities, with integrity and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
