Consulting Manager – Strategy, Risk & Transactions

About the role

Lead a variety of consulting engagements covering strategy, risk, transactions and other business solutions, guiding teams to deliver value for clients in Barbados.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, liaising with senior client stakeholders such as legal counsel and financial institutions.
• Train teams on new technologies, tools and financial standards to navigate complex business environments.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering integrity and high‑performance delivery.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposals, client presentations and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Professional designation such as PMP, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CBV, ASA, CFE or JIEB.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive consulting experience in strategy, risk, M&A, debt/capital raise or similar.
• Proven project management experience leading engagements and reviewing junior team work.
