Consultant – Strategy & Risk Consulting

About the role

Deloitte Barbados is seeking a motivated Consultant to join its consulting team. You will work on a variety of projects that involve strategy, risk, and transaction advisory, applying financial analysis and research to deliver high‑quality solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform research and conduct financial analysis to support client engagements.
• Participate in strategy, risk, and transaction consulting projects.
• Leverage new tools and technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Develop analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills through collaborative work.
• Engage in well‑being and sustainability initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Working towards a professional designation such as PMP, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CBV, ASA, CFE, or JIEB.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, including co‑op or internship experience.
