Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Planning and Scheduling department by delivering proactive data analysis, building automated reporting tools, and applying AI and large‑language‑model techniques to simplify complex supply‑chain challenges. You will work closely with schedulers and other analysts to turn raw data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing recommendations to improve planning and scheduling.
• Apply large‑scale models and LLM‑based approaches to simplify complex planning problems and generate solution proposals for leadership review.
• Design, program, test, and maintain information systems that support the planning department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom data models, metrics, and KPIs using tools such as Tableau, Excel VBA, SQL, and AI‑assisted analytics platforms.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through routine validation, monitoring, and maintenance of databases.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts, including AI‑augmented processes, to streamline data processing and reporting.
• Translate technical findings into clear, leadership‑ready narratives and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related analytical or data‑focused role.
• Strong interest in AI and large‑language‑model technologies.
