Brand Manager – Wines & Spirits

About the role

Stansfeld Scott (Barbados) Ltd is seeking a commercially minded, analytical, and results‑driven Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of its Wines & Spirits portfolio. This role is ideal for an ambitious marketing professional passionate about building brands, identifying market opportunities, and delivering innovative initiatives that boost sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share, sales and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activations within approved budgets.
• Partner with the Sales team to inspire, support and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor brand performance and provide regular market analysis and written reports to management and suppliers.
• Manage the day‑to‑day activities of assigned brands to ensure continued commercial success.

Required profile

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a related field.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated individual with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering results.
