Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will join The Contact Hub’s dynamic team in Bridgetown, working on‑site to shape and execute social media strategies that reinforce brand consistency and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across multiple social platforms.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and adjust campaigns based on analytics.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives and collaborate on campaign concepts.
• Assist with copywriting, basic graphic design, and preparation of regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create compelling social media content and write engaging copy.
• Experience in social media marketing and broader digital marketing activities.
• Strong communication skills for audience engagement and internal collaboration.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or social media role is an asset.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field preferred.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of current digital trends and best practices.
