President – Construction & Real Estate Group

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven President to lead the overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational execution of a diversified construction and real estate organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and translate the Board’s strategic vision into clear annual and long‑term business plans.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, profitability, cash flow and sustainable growth while overseeing budgets, forecasts and capital allocation.
• Oversee the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead real estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Drive business development initiatives, expanding market presence and cultivating relationships with investors, partners, brokers and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial discipline and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
