Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business. The CEO will own the organisation’s strategy, P&L, business development, construction operations, real‑estate development, investment decisions, people leadership and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy, driving expansion across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and financial performance.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development and commercialisation of real‑estate opportunities, managing land acquisition to asset disposition.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish governance, cost‑control, procurement and risk‑management frameworks across all operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
