Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Finance team to turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization. You will design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that visualize trends and help drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive advanced reports that summarize data findings and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Define and select key performance indicators aligned with business goals.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop Tableau visualizations that present complex data in an understandable, actionable format.
• Identify trends and patterns to inform strategic decisions and highlight improvement areas.
• Communicate findings through presentations and written reports.
• Gather feedback on reports and continuously improve them as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
