Sales Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our store team in Bridgetown. The role focuses on delivering an excellent shopping experience by engaging customers with pride, passion and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Provide a positive attitude and ensure every customer receives an excellent shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking shelves and keeping the store tidy.
• Embrace new initiatives and adapt to new ways of working.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Self‑initiative and ability to work as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Customer‑driven attitude; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
