About the role

OneSchool Global is seeking a Substitute Teacher for its Barbados campus. You will step in on an as‑needed basis to deliver lessons and maintain continuity of learning for our students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and activities when regular teachers are absent.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Adapt instructional materials to suit the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between teachers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a subject‑specific area.
• Relevant teacher training qualification.
