Software Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Software Engineering Manager who will lead our engineering team while staying deeply involved in design, development, and delivery of AI‑driven technology initiatives. The role blends people leadership with active technical contribution, ensuring high‑quality results from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineers while maintaining hands‑on involvement in coding, code reviews, debugging, testing and deployment.
• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and enforce engineering standards and quality controls.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI‑powered solutions across products and business processes, guiding teams in integrating AI, machine‑learning and generative AI capabilities.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery: gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and support post‑launch.
• Develop project plans, timelines and milestones; proactively manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Business Development and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and practical experience applying AI to products and processes.
• Ability to make independent decisions, remove obstacles and drive initiatives with urgency.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
