Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide

About the role

The Retreat at Canton is looking for a Med Tech or Certified Medication Aide to support the health and well‑being of our residents. The role involves medication assistance, resident monitoring, and collaboration with the wellness team to ensure high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident health, record vital signs, and support monthly wellness visits.
• Communicate changes in medication or care needs to the Wellness Director or Executive Director.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and follow personalized service plans.
• Provide leadership support to resident care staff and assist with resident needs as required.

Required profile

• Certified Medication Aide or meet state medication aide requirements.
• At least one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
