Employer Branding & Business Development Manager

About the role

KM² Solutions is looking for an experienced professional to lead employer branding and business development initiatives in Barbados. The role combines strategic brand building, community outreach, and partnership development to attract high‑quality talent and raise the company’s profile.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organisations, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns and community outreach activities.
• Represent KM² Solutions at career fairs, networking events and community engagements.
• Support social‑media content creation and employer branding initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and talent attraction.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Operations, HR and Marketing to support hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, business development, communications or community engagement.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
