Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will join Shawn Hope Insurance Brokers Inc. to drive insurance sales to corporate clients. Based on‑site at Skyway Plaza, this full‑time position focuses on prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify corporate prospects through market research and outreach.
• Present tailored insurance solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with corporate accounts, providing responsive service and renewal support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy setup and documentation.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and participate in regular sales meetings.

Required profile

• Proven corporate sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work on‑site.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications.
• Experience using presentation software.
