Aviation Stock & Operations Analyst

About the role

The Aviation Stock & Operations Analyst ensures the integrity of the inventory module for all airport and marine terminal locations, overseeing fuel stock movements, reporting, and cost monitoring. The role supports Aviation Technical Managers with operational performance, budgeting, and capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize and record all inventory movements, input data into the GP system, and reconcile third‑party lifting records.
• Monitor daily fuel cost of sales, track performance of fuel risk‑management programs, and provide trend analysis by location.
• Prepare and send weekly and monthly stock forecasts to sales, supply, and marine terminal teams.
• Coordinate year‑end auditing, ensure compliance with internal stock control policies, and manage supplier invoice payments.
• Support ATMs in budget execution, OPEX, CAPEX analysis, and business case preparation for new market entries.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience in aviation fuel inventory management.
• Familiarity with financial monitoring, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across airports, marine terminals, and supply departments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics GP (or equivalent ERP system)
