Accountant – Financial Reporting & Team Management

About the role

The Finance department is seeking an experienced Accountant to lead financial reporting and oversee the company’s accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will supervise a team and ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions and coordinate all accounting operations.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the annual external audit and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Administer the company’s financial and management accounting systems, including internal controls and treasury functions.
• Support the production of detailed business performance and accounts information.
• Identify and implement improvements to performance assessment and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Completed ACCA or CGA qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software packages.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
