Warehouse Porter – On‑site role in Bridgetown

About the role

The Warehouse Porter is responsible for picking and delivering inventory to the delivery point or loading area safely and promptly. This on‑site role in Bridgetown ensures goods are handled carefully and customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Picks ordered goods from warehouse and transports them to the delivery point or loading area
• Handles goods carefully to prevent damage during picking and stacking
• Ensures safe operation and storage of assigned warehouse equipment
• Loads and unloads containers/vehicles by hand or using a pallet jack, trolley or forklift
• Secures loads properly before transportation
• Greets and assists customers, adhering to company service standards
• Assists customers with transporting goods to vehicles
• Maintains a clean and tidy work area
• Reports damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisors
• Performs any other related tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors
