About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fertility Nurse Coordinator to join our dedicated fertility team in Barbados. This position combines clinical nursing expertise with independent fertility ultrasound scanning to ensure seamless patient care throughout treatment cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment cycles from initial consultation through to treatment completion.
• Provide outstanding patient support and education throughout the fertility journey.
• Perform fertility ultrasound scans independently and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with fertility consultants and the multidisciplinary team.
• Support service development and uphold clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Essential experience in fertility nursing.
• Competent in fertility ultrasound scanning.
• Strong organisational and patient‑care abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
