Remote Part‑Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Contract)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking licensed mental‑health professionals to join its provider network on a part‑time, contract basis. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy remotely to employees covered by employer health plans, helping them achieve better mental‑health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to adults (and optionally children, adolescents, couples, or families) using short‑term goal‑focused EAP or medically‑necessary sessions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar in the scheduling system and complete session documentation promptly.
• Apply evidence‑based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with the provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative teams as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care that respects diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Active licence to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.) in Barbados.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience, including work with minors (age 10 and below).
• Professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Conversational English proficiency for onboarding and clinical interviews.
• Reliable computer, comfort with tele‑health technology, and ability to work remotely.

Required skills

• Training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
• Proficiency with online scheduling and documentation platforms.
