We are looking for an organized Remote Booking Specialist to support our clients in researching travel options and coordinating reservations through online platforms. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a supportive team while developing expertise in hospitality and travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel requests.
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related options using online systems.
• Prepare and review reservation details for accuracy, providing confirmations and essential information.
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and follow‑up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized client and reservation records.
• Coordinate with service providers when needed and provide ongoing client support.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable learning and using online booking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
