Regional Infrastructure Lead

About the role

Joint responsibility for CAPEX project execution, maintenance and growth, and infrastructure asset integrity across Eastern Caribbean markets. The role combines project management, construction oversight, plant inspection and engineering standards development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of six or more engineers delivering projects across Eastern Caribbean markets.
• Ensure HSE processes, risk assessments, permits and training are followed throughout project execution.
• Oversee design development per industry standards and coordinate reviews with market organisations.
• Supervise, train and develop Project Engineers and monitor construction compliance with standards.
• Track CAPEX spending, monitor contractors for safety and contract compliance.
• Interact with Supply Chain on RFPs, evaluate material, equipment and service acquisitions.
• Prepare engineering proposals, monitor budgets and schedules, and report trends.
• Provide regular updates to market teams on project status, priorities and CAPEX forecasts.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Caribbean markets and a clean driving licence.
