Regional Infrastructure Lead

About the role

The Regional Infrastructure Lead will jointly manage capital‑expenditure projects for both maintenance and growth across the Eastern Caribbean markets. The role ensures infrastructure asset integrity, oversees construction using best practices, and inspects plant and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of six or more engineers to deliver projects across multiple Caribbean countries, ensuring HSE compliance and risk assessments.
• Supervise design development, review industry standards, and coordinate with market organisations before construction or fabrication.
• Monitor capex spending, track budgets versus plans, and report trends to senior management.
• Manage contractors and project personnel to meet contract requirements, safety standards, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on RFPs for materials, equipment, and services, and evaluate deviations from standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 10 years in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and project‑management abilities, with proven leadership and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
