Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, manage content and digital platforms, and ensure brand standards across all channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Track marketing expenditure and maintain accurate budget reports.
• Support allocation of marketing resources across regional campaigns.
• Manage the regional marketing asset hub, keeping materials up‑to‑date and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate social media content calendars and ensure timely, accurate posting.
• Liaise with external agencies to maintain consistency of digital content.
• Oversee updates to multiple regional websites, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
• Execute website updates, including lead‑form creation and functionality enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a website‑update calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor website and campaign performance metrics and recommend optimisation initiatives.
• Create in‑house static and video content to support marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing presentations outlining campaign strategies, concepts and results.
• Support campaign execution and ensure alignment across all markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced regional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, content management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.

Required skills

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms.
• Experience using social media management tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics platforms.
