In-House Customs Broker

About the role

Coordinate the timely export of finished products and manage inbound manufacturing goods, ensuring compliance with national customs laws. Ensure accurate invoicing and adherence to customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments by sea, air, courier, LCL and container, obtaining quotations, arranging bookings and preparing documentation using BeSWIFT and ASYCUDA World.
• Track inbound manufacturing goods, work with freight forwarders, truckers, port officials and customs officers to minimise delays and avoid demurrage or storage charges.
• Maintain accurate records, timely invoicing and ensure full compliance with national customs regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in customs brokerage, international trade or supply‑chain logistics.
• Manufacturing or large‑scale distribution experience preferred.
• Clean Police Certificate of Character required.
