Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team at GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America. The role supports financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and compliance across our diverse portfolio. You will contribute to the financial health of our airline, airport and culinary divisions, helping to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Perform reconciliations and manage inter‑company transactions.
• Oversee statutory requirements, calculations and payments.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Develop pricing models and cost analyses.
• Maintain records and manage documentation.
• Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
