Director, Digital Marketing

About the role

The Director, Digital Marketing will lead Gildan’s digital marketing capability across the global wholesale organization, transforming fragmented activities into a scalable, data‑driven function that supports commercial growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business and brand priorities.
• Establish governance, operating processes and prioritisation for all digital initiatives, including CRM, website strategy, marketing automation and paid media.
• Develop and maintain the marketing technology roadmap, evaluating and implementing platforms that strengthen the digital ecosystem.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Creative Services and IT to build digital infrastructure and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related field (Master’s degree considered an asset).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing technology or digital transformation, preferably in B2B, manufacturing or wholesale environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation and digital analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled marketing capabilities and emerging marketing technologies.
