Digital Media Promotions Officer

About the role

The Digital Media Promotions Officer will design and coordinate digital marketing campaigns that translate Sagicor Life’s business objectives into effective online solutions. Working closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Human Resources and Client Experience teams, the officer ensures campaigns are strategically aligned, well‑briefed and measurable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital campaign concepts, objectives, audience profiles, customer journeys, key messages, communication pillars, budgets and channel strategies.
• Conduct research on audience behaviour, market trends, competitor activity and digital performance to inform recommendations.
• Create detailed campaign briefs for creative designers and video producers, outlining objectives, messaging, tone and visual direction.
• Write copy for social media, digital ads, websites, email, SMS and video scripts, and develop headlines and taglines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
