Casual Room Attendant

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Casual Room Attendant and help create memorable stays for guests. You’ll keep guest rooms immaculate, replenish supplies, and respond to guest needs with a warm, friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and deep‑cleaning as required.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked.
• Maintain and transport the housekeeping supply cart, keeping inventory organized.
• Promptly address guest requests and inquiries with courtesy.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.
