About the role

Key responsibilities

• Answer room‑service calls promptly and courteously.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to guide guest choices.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver orders quickly.
• Upsell sides, desserts, drinks, and special offers.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Process payments accurately, reconcile checks, and handle cash per accounting guidelines.
