Casual Houseman – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Casual Houseman, where you’ll help keep public areas of the hotel spotless and create memorable experiences for every guest. This on‑site position focuses on daily cleaning, guest interaction, and supporting the overall housekeeping operation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as restrooms, hallways, elevators, offices, restaurants and event areas through dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping and window washing.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning when needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms, manage linen inventory and record items for laundering.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas and support stock inventory tasks.
• Perform periodic deep‑cleaning projects, including mattress flipping, furniture moving and floor waxing.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to ensure a well‑kept property.
