Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Viral Nation is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable marketing insights. You will support the marketing team by delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and recommendations that drive campaign performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Generate timely, accurate reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Develop customized dashboards and presentations using BI tools.
• Conduct secondary research to back strategy proposals.
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Validate, cleanse, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.
• Experience in a marketing agency environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with DSPs, paid‑media and social‑media platforms.
• Background in brand tracking and Brand Lift research is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience using Google Cloud services.
• Knowledge of DSPs and paid‑media platforms.
• Understanding of social‑media advertising platforms.
• Ability to perform data validation and cleansing.
